Shipping: Most products are in inventory and are shipped within 24 business hours after receipt of an order unless otherwise noted. Specific shipping dates cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged Goods and Shortages: Damaged products or shortages must be reported to the carrier. Because each carrier has different limitations on the amount of time that damages must be reported we suggest that this notification be done immediately. Before signing for your order, please note on the freight bill any possible damage to file a freight claim. Once the bill of lading has been signed and damage was not listed, it is likely you have waived your rights to file a freight claim. We recommend you to sign all bills of lading "Subject to Inspection". This will help preserve your freight claim rights. IF YOU RECEIVE DAMAGED GOODS, NOTE THIS ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT, BUT DO NOT REFUSE THE SHIPMENT!

PLEASE, NOTE: All original packaging including outer carton, inner packaging, corner guards, etc., must be retained to file a freight claim. Without this the carrier will deny the claim.

Returned Goods: BEFORE RETURNING GOODS CONTACT US FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND FOR RETURN INSTRUCTIONS! No goods will be accepted without a return authorization number issued by us. The goods must be shipped prepaid with return authorization number. Products must be returned in saleable condition, with all of their original shipping cartons, and packing material. Products must be packaged in the same manner in which you received it and must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Refunds for returns can be denied if the above requirements are not met. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Warranty: All goods are warranted by manufacturer to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If you receive incomplete or damaged product from manufacturer, please contact us and we will handle the situation for your complete satisfaction.

Prices: Prices and terms are subject to change without notice. All prices are in U.S. dollars. The prices listed do not include applicable taxes unless specifically noted.

Low Price Garantee: Mailbox Plaza   guarantees the lowest price on everything we sell.
The price you wish us to match must be verifiable on the Internet. The competitor's advertisement must be current. Mailbox Plaza will only match prices with other authorized vendors. The item must be the identical product, including model, year, color, fabric, packaging, manufacturer, etc.
When you ask us to match a price, the competitor's shipping and handling charges and sales tax must be taken into account when we calculate the competitor's price. "Gift-with-purchase" offers cannot be considered in the price match calculation.

Price adjustments are limited to one price match per item within the 30 day period. Competitors coupons or promotions for first time or one time use, will be considered non-verifiable and therefore not accepted for the low price guarantee.
NOTE: Please allow 7-10 business days following your price match request for your refund to be processed. Price matches will not be honored on "Going out of business", "Liquidation Sales", companies in distress, or auction sites. Mailbox Plaza reserves the right to deny any price match on an item that is not in stock with a competitor or does not meet the criteria of our Price Match Policy.

Product Changes: Mailbox Plaza reserves the right to discontinue products, change the configuration, size, materials, colors, finishes, options, or accessories of any product at any time without notice and without incurring liability.

Replacement Parts: Mailbox Plaza provides the replacement parts, but doesn't pay for the shipment of the replacement parts.
